CAJUN BLACKENED FISH

INGREDIENTS: filleted portioned hake

                           cajun seanoning

                            oil

                            butter

          METHOD: dust fish all over with seasoning and pat down

                            fry fish in oil(1-2 tsp/piece) skin side down 2-3 min or until crisp

                            put 1tsp butter on each piece while cooking

                            turn over cook till done 2-3 min
