ingredients: 2 roasted and skinned red peppers

                    dried birds-eye chilli saoked 1hr in boiling water(10 grams)

                    5 garlic cloves

                    1/4 cup mint

                    2tsp each cumin seeds,coriander seeds & 1/2tsp caraway seeds

                     toast seeds-grind

                    1tsp salt

                    2tsp paprika

                    enough olive oil to blend

blend everything together in processor.leave for 1/2hr to blend.
